Sr. Director, Global Test EngineeringResponsible for the development, introduction, and maintenance of the Test Software and Hardware utilized in the manufacturing of HP’s ~$20B Enterprise product portfolio from product inception through its life-cycle. • Through partnerships with HP Product Development organizations develop cost effective high quality yielding end-to-end manufacturing test strategies.• Partner with Global joint development partners, contract manufacturers, and original design manufacturers to develop, deploy, and maintain manufacturing test equipment in 20+ manufacturing sites around the world.• Lead team of 100+ global employees including responsible for performance management, talent management and succession planning for global team including managers and senior individual contributors.

Sr. Director, Global Storage Supply ChainResponsible for providing business, technical and executive leadership to drive benchmark levels of performance within ESSN/Storage Supply Chain.• Member of the Storage Business Unit’s executive management team providing Supply Chain guidance and support on product strategies, roadmaps, new product introductions, and major account management• Collaborated with World-wide Regional Supply Chain executive management teams to ensure Storage Products were successfully introduced and sustained in all parts of the globe. • Led team of 120 employees around the world to manage transition of new products from R&D to production, to the market place with high level of quality and performance.• Designed supply chain fulfillment processes for new products to meet all regulatory and industry specifications, and ensured delivery of products and manufacturing processes.• Supported product launches and new product introduction processes working within budget of over $20 million. • Responsible for performance management, talent management and succession planning for global team including managers and senior individual contributors.
