As a Learning and Development Consultant at Wells Fargo for over nine years, I facilitate and manage the onboarding experience for individual contributors and managers across the organization. I help them develop crucial job skills, immerse them in the company culture, vision, and values, and assist them in achieving their performance goals.I also collaborate with regional leaders to align our learning strategies with the company initiatives and support my peers with project management. I monitor and ensure the active participation of all attendees throughout the program and provide feedback to the instructional designers to keep the course content current and relevant.
