Senior Project Manager

I am managing Commercial Projects ranging from $250,000 to $10,0000.00. In the last year I have completed 3 full floor build outs for the Los Angeles Times, Renovated a Multi tenant Bussiness Park in Chatsworth Ca. I have several Projects with Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles Ca, The largest being a two story ground up building to serve as an annex building to the Gersten Pavilion, this includes Athletics Department Offices, Showers facilities for Mens and Womens Soccer, Baseball, and Softball programs.I also have been working again with Rellos Construction as a Senior Project Manager, assisting with Preconstruction, Value engineering, Client relations, and Project Managment, Handling all aspects from Preconstruction thru project close out.

Project Manager Responsibilities: Responsible for General Management of projects ranging from general office remodels to 160,000 sq ft. Manufacturing and Medical technology buildings.Provide pre construction consulting, value engineering, budget pricing.Review project plan documents, issue bid instructions to subcontractors, solicit and obtain competitive pricing, prepare qualifying spreadsheet for subcontractor evaluation. Prepare, issue and, maintain general Contract, prepare and resolve Change orders with clients and subs. Main point of contact between clients, subcontractors, Architects and Engineer’s.Maintain, review project schedule to assure on time completion.Attend project meetings from start of project through punch list and Project close out.
