All Lines Claim Consultants represents a client base providing workers compensation claims consulting, onsite loss control evaluations, field investigations, recorded and witness statements and post-accident drug testing. In my prior roles, I found it difficult to secure a post-accident drug test on catastrophic injuries wherein the injured woker is admitted to the hospital straight from the scene of the accident. It's because of this that I became certified to perform on-site drug testing collections and can assist in that regard with catastrophic claims.

First Financial Employee Leasing/Service Provider Group; First Financial Employee Leasing/Service Provider Group is a large PEO serving over20,000 employees in the southeast. In my role as Claims Manager, I was responsible foroverseeing and managing outside claims personnel (TPA/insurance carriers) to controlclaims and minimize costs under our large deductible program. I acted as a liaison between clients, injured employees, claims teams and physicians to deliver prompt, costeffective care after a work injury. Additionally, I was responsible for managing our bookof business and assessing clients for risk/profitability. I conducted safetyinspections and performed onsite post-accident claims investigations. I advised clients onhuman resource/personnel issues as it relateed to disability claims. I worked with and trainedother internal personnel to identify potential fraud situations that are prevalent in PEOarrangements. I administered the Company's Drug Free Workplace Program. Although myofficial title was Claims Manager, the overall position was more focused on overall riskmanagement.

Unisource was a third party administrator, handling workers compensation claims forseveral large insurance companies and self-insured municipalities. In my role as ClaimManager, I was responsible to oversee a staff of 15 adjusters and 5 clerical supportpositions. I was responsible for all aspects of proper claim management, as well asstaffing and retention.

PGT Industries is a leading manufacturer and supplier of residential impact resistantwindows and doors. Their plant in Venice, Florida employed approximately 2,000employees. At PGT, I was responsible for overseeing the Company's FMLA andworkers'compensation programs, to include managing a return to work program along withmanaging the TPA/adjuster/nurse case manager, and all other internal aspects of a workers'compensation or FMLA claim. I performed initial intake and reporting, when an employee wasinjured. I performed internal accident claim investigations and worked directly with theinjured workers, advising them of their rights and responsibilities under workers'compensation or FMLA. Additionally, I interfaced with defense counsel, our claims staff,internal supervisors and executives to facilitate proper application of the program. Ianalyzed and prepared reports using loss run data and monitored trending. I managed andoversaw the Company's Drug Free Workplace Program. My strong adjusting and claimsadministration background enabled me to identify and begin to implement cost effectivechanges in the Company's workers compensation systems.

At Gallagher Bassett, another third party administrator, I handled a full caseload ofmedical only, indemnity and legal claim files for a large pool of self-insuredmunicipalities. Again, I was responsible for managing all aspects of the claim file fromthe initial investigation to resolution.

Johns Eastern Company is a third party administrator, handling workers compensation andliability claims for large self-insured clients. There, I managed all aspects ofworkers' compensation claim activity from the initial investigation to claim resolutionfor self-insured entities, including 2 large school boards, a municipality, severalhospitals, churches and a masonry company. I frequently attended mediations and testifiedat final hearings and depositions. As a supervisor, I oversaw a staff of 8 adjusters, 2nurses and 3 clerical support people. I handled all aspects of excess coverage issues andstayed abreast of case law and Division reporting requirements by attending industryseminars. I participated in various claim audits as well as client claim review meetings.

I assisted clients with personal injury claims to include investigation, aquiring supporting documentation and preparing demand packages to insurance carriers.
