With over 15 years of experience in the education field, I am passionate about developing and empowering educators to reach their full potential and achieve their goals. As an Instructional Coach at EdConnective, I support teachers and school leaders in improving their instructional practices and student outcomes. I also serve as an Adjunct Professor at Purdue Global, where I teach adult learners.My core competencies include instructional leadership, coaching, instructional strategies, team building, and lesson design. I hold a Master of Education in Principal Leadership from Governors State University, where I learned the skills and strategies to lead and transform schools and communities. I also have a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where I developed my love for reading and writing. In 2013, I was honored as the Camelot Education National Teacher of the Year for my outstanding performance and impact as a teacher.
