I worked for USG at three locations from 2003 to 2012. I began as an HR Supervisor at the Stony Point, NY facility from June 2003 to September 2004. I then transferred to the Port Reading, NJ facility to become the Human Resources Manager. In November 2006, I relocated to the USG Baltimore Plant as the Human Resources Manager. Responsibilities in each position involved HR Generalist activities in a manufacturing facility.

-Administer safety, labor relations, benefits, and training programs. -Consult with Department Managers and Supervisors on personnel training and development and performance issues.-Assess staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies, including effective advertisement, employment screening, selection and orientation to meet the needs of the department and ensure compliance with the law.-Administer employee benefit programs and determine wage and salary increases.-Participate in accident investigations and manage worker's compensation cases.
