  Manage the Talent business unit and support the firm's employees and leaders. Strategically plan, oversee, and execute all aspects of Talent. Main initiatives include developing an internship program, enhancing & managing recruitment, updating onboarding- which includes implementing an onboarding module and supporting the onboarding of all new employees, managing the development of current employees by leading our Development Coaching Program, increasing process improvements, implementing an LMS, and maximizing the performance management process by implementing a performance management module and supporting leaders. Create and roll-out the hybrid, FMLA, contract worker, development philosophy, onboarding, security training, and emergency action policies. Implement Predictive Index. Develop a comprehensive compensation strategy. Each year create the Talent plan and budget utilizing the OKR philosophy, then execute the strategy to meet the firm’s objectives and goals.
