Transformed and led a group of 8 Daniel’s Business students with varying experiences to learn about case competitions, the importance of being a leader, and using resources to get an amazing college experience. Emphasized the importance of networking with peers and of diversifying in multiple clubs and jobs.

Developed an internal landing experience on SharePoint in two separate environments to consolidate the DPO team’s content, engage with internal visitors, educate business partners on the team’s value in MSFT Federal’s strategic positioning, and improve sharing of important resources. Project had a standard modality using Azure DevOps with a heavy emphasis on technical documentation for future reference.

Develop creative and modern fliers to project a new envisioned image of the restaurant to increase new clientele. Adjust social media platforms to present awareness of newer products and offers. Upgrade outdated systems to increase efficiency.

Inform undergraduate students at Purdue on the resources Forte Foundation offers for those interested in pursuing a career in consulting, finance, or getting an MBA. Attend conferences as a representative for Forte and Purdue (Dallas March 2023 & D.C. Nov 2023). Work with other campus ambassadors to host events and create Forte Foundation presence at Purdue.

Communicate with the team on tasks that need to be accomplished each day. Work efficiently to stock perishable items (dairy, produce, meat) quickly. Assist customers when needed.

Innovated a design in a team of 3 to tackle the global challenge of sustainability using Phoenix Contact products with the aim of a low-cost and low-maintenance solution to food insecurity around the world. Finalist (1 of 6) selected out of 30 to travel to Germany to present research and prototype to industry representatives, Phoenix Contact upper management, and other participating teams. Specialized in research regarding design and implementation, plant profiles for testing, social media maintenance, and presentation/video creation. Gave a presentation on Fully Automated Agriculture System to judges, and other finalists to explain the research.

Created two reports focusing on two different types of repairs (MRO & PMA) to improve sales performance each year and quarter. Researched company procedures to become a subject matter expert on a specific product line (B737 LG) to develop an in-depth toolkit to improve the efficiency of the sales team. Directed meetings to teach the sales team to develop toolkits and reports along with their use long-term. Presented to leadership five times to explain the importance and sustainability of projects completed
