Renee has 40 years’ experience as a design & product development engineer in both mechanical and electronic engineering specialties with over 30 patents focusing on gas absorption technologies for clean-room air filtration, infrared heating technologies for both residential and commercial applications, commercial gas conversion cells, and retail product design of 22 retail appliances. Ms. Searle has been engaged for the past 4 years in CBD research and development. Renee’s products, distributed through her own exclusive distribution network in the U.S. has generated over $40 MM in retail sales since 2004. My focus was diverted when I was diagnosed with cancer back in 2002. Later, in 2004, I was misdiagnosed with “onset MS”, and then again in 2006, I was diagnosed with an advanced case of Lyme’s disease. I spent the next two years undergoing various medical treatments to overcome the Lyme’s. By this time I was heavily involved in my own research. I wanted to get better and I wanted to be healthy I had the resources to make it happen, whatever it took. I am now 70 and for the most part, in perfect health – with no pain. My latest project, BioSmart Research began as a project to collaborate with selective universities on specific types of research related to the body’s own cannabinoid system and how it controlled and regulated the autoimmune response. Cannabinoid therapy has the potential to assist those with autoimmune conditions by decreasing systemic inflammation, with little to no side effects. It has been found that cannabinoids can attenuate autoimmune inflammatory response.I have studied most products in the market place purporting to make claims to this effect, but the product ingredients didn’t stand up to the clinical studies that had been conducted. That is why I started BioSmart, to create clinical formulas that support the clinical research. I am happy to collaborate on a professional level with researchers and medical professionals seeking a reliable source of products and raw materials for collaboration and research in both pharmaceutical API and nutraceutical supplementation.
