Renée Searle is a founding director of Threefold, a RIBA award-winning architectural practice dedicated to designing transformative homes, workplaces and public spaces. With a focus on the strategic vision of housing and the creation of effective, harmonious neighbourhoods, Renée has led Threefold’s multiple affordable housing schemes for Croydon’s Brick X Brick New and a 70,000sqft mixed use development in Haringey. She is currently a Design Review Panel member for the London Boroughs of Ealing and Bromley and OPDC Place Review Panel member. Renée has also taught and lectured on housing and design at the Bartlett, University College London, The University of the Arts and Syracuse University.

Associate Architect working on a number of large scale housing and masterplan regeneration projects including Central Promenade, Morecambe for Urban Splash and the redevelopment of Anglia Ruskin University Campus in Chelmsford for Genesis Housing in collaboration with PTE Architects.

Senior Architect working on a broad range of projects including education, arts, community and residential buildings including Cremorne Riverside Centre for RBKC and Sandal Magna School in Wakefield.

Architectural Assistant working on range of infrastructural, civic and cultural projects including Terminal 5 at Heathrow, competition winning scheme for Antwerp Law Courts and The Rest Zone at the Millennium Dome.
