I’m Renee Shea. I am a leadership coach and organisational development consultant. I am dedicated to empowering more women into leadership roles, to create a world where all women have equal access to real economic empowerment.I’ve got over two decades of experience in human resources, organisational development, and coaching. I work predominantly with women to help them to confidently be authentic, purpose-driven and impactful leaders; without compromising who they are. My personal vision is a world where women and girls have the freedom to lead and pursue their dream careers, free from bias and stereotypes while enjoying equal opportunities for success.Through my business Promote Her, I offer a range of one:one coaching packages, leadership development programs, and workshops designed to build the skills and culture needed for women to thrive at work.Being a long-time organisational development professional I also consult to organisations on all things workplace culture, gender, vision and values alignment and learning & development. Promote Her is a social enterprise, and that means that a percentage of my income supports either subsidised or pro bono work. Recently that has been with an NFP that supports young women and girls from refugee and migrant backgrounds.
