- Responsible in assisting with the resolution of stakeholder issues of daily freight movements flowing into and out of North American fulfillment centers and associated fulfillment centers.- Inbound and outbound resolution with external customers (Carriers) and internal customers (Fulfillment Centers), continual and tactical communication via email, and customer service in time sensitive situations.- Helped to launch a pilot to support ocean container drayage. The purpose was to gain key learnings that will further refine tech requirements. The pilot exceeded the goal of full containers executed. We are now expanding the pilot to other regions.
