I am currently serving in the role of Vice President of Human Resources. I have been a part of the Georgia Baptist Children’s Homes working in various positions and locations for over 30 years. I have served as the Executive Assistant to four different agency Presidents, with the added responsibility of Administrator for Human Resources over the past several years.My primary responsibilities as VP of Human Resources is to provide leadership and guidance to our agency’s HR operations, specifically in the areas of recruitment and selection, organizational and performance management, training and development, benefits, and compensation. I am also responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources which includes policies and procedures, best practices, and identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals.
