In this role I work as a part of a quoting team together with a larger sales team providing customer service to clients and potential clients. I provide accurate quotations and clarifications. As needed, I conduct slab views and meet with end clients to provide product knowledge information and answer inquiries.

Event Support given in areas of competition technical administration, including event scheduling, planning of off-ice technical program and meetings, TV technical liaison, creation of technical documents, leading the on-line event registration process, technical scripts, technical liaison, event technical oversight and overseeing the printing and operations room as well as the results team of volunteers.Coordinates any changes/updates to Competition Scoring System (CSS) and implementation.
