Led the Learning and Development team reporting to the Head of Learning and Development. Remit included responsibility for technical learning and development needs across Victoria and Tasmania. The business went through significant growth resulting in doubling the workforce and in addition, the merger of three private health insurance brands into a single brand ‘Bupa’.
