Specific responsibilities include:• Oversight and management of the davis-moore.com/heritagegmcbuick.com and clintbowyerautoplex.com websites, all required manufacturer websites and various third party advertising websites (totaling more than 30 individual websites); including but not limited to SEO, SEM, monitoring of metrics/analytics, content development and inventory updates• Weekly direction and collaboration with our website design team to ensure effectiveness of all websites and to continually reassess its layout and content• Development, launch and sustainment of the Ask Renee blog, which provides insight and serves as a trusted automotive resource for women in Kansas to consult for both buying and service. (The effectiveness of this blog can be attributed to the personal, female-centric approach taken to common automotive issues)• Administration of our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM); including ongoing evaluation of its tools, effectiveness and utilization, employee training and updating• Management of multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, blog, Pinterest) encompassing pages/campaigns for all Davis-Moore dealerships, including Heritage and Clint Bowyer Autoplex• Training and management of Davis-Moore’s Internet Sales Team• Graphic Design for various in store signage, brochures and email communications• Ongoing collaboration with marketing department to ensure continuity of our brand message across all platforms and integration of charitable efforts into our website content and strategySpecific Areas of expertise and proficiency include:• Search Engine Marketing • Digital Marketing • Social Media Strategy• Customer Service • Sales & Internet training including curriculum development (customer service, sales processes, small group facilitation)• Internet processes • Integration with traditional media tactics and creating synergy between all avenues of marketing
