Employee benefits are a vital part of any organization's total rewards strategy, and as a Supervisor of Health and Welfare Administration at ONE Gas, I am responsible for managing the health and welfare programs for over 3,800 employees across three states. I have more than 18 years of experience in the field of employee benefits, human resources, and employee relations, working with various organizations and industries.Some of my core competencies include benefits administration, strategy, communication, analysis, design, and vendor management. I have developed and implemented multiple benefit plans, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations. I have also partnered with vendors, brokers, and consultants to provide cost-effective and high-quality benefits solutions for our employees. I am passionate about creating a positive and supportive work environment for our employees, and aligning our benefits programs with the company's mission, vision, and values.
