Backed by a diploma from MacEwan University in Human Resources Management, my 15+ years of professional experience has gained me the knowledge and proficiency I need to hit the ground running and start making a direct contribution immediately within any organization. Of these 15+ years, eleven of them were spent in my role as an HR Personnel Coordinator in an unpredictable industry with a very demanding, high stress, high volume environment. My employment during this time was with Canada’s largest oil and gas drilling contractor, Precision Drilling. I thoroughly understand the support and clerical obligations of an HR Professional and the accountability, adaptability, and business acumen expected in an able multitasking employee whilst working in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
