I am responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive, internal communications plan for the nonprofit organization with more than 1,100 employees across 31 counties in NC. I am a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Project Management Team, and also coordinate executive communications in partnership with our president.

I created the community engagement program at Truliant Federal Credit Union. I operationalized all programs that are a part of the new Truliant Foundation, including the Employee Relief Fund, Financial Education Grants, Community Mini Grants and the Truliant Foundation Advisory Board. Additionally, I was responsible for all data tracking and reporting on Truliant's social return on investment. I provided strategic direction for the department and created and managed two budgets totaling more than $2 mil. I also provided guidance and oversight on community engagement activities including sponsorships, volunteerism, financial education and community relationships.

I coordinate funds to support and improve local communities. I supervise corporate sponsorships, grants and charitable donations. I launched a corporate-wide Employee Volunteer Program and an award-winning Financial Education Grant program.

Managed all aspects of marketing, advertising and fundraising for non-profit with annual budget of $7.1 mil. Launched agency's first planned giving and major giving societies. Built referrals for end of life care in the community. Managed four experienced professionals. Served on the executive team to strategize for the agency.

ABC of NC is a private, research-based school for children with autism, located in Winston-Salem, NC. Developed all fundraising activities and grantwriting initiatives to raise scholarship dollars and unrestricted funds. Managed volunteer program and annual summer internships for school.

Director of Marketing - Created first multi-strategy direct mail campaign for the museum. Managed all advertising and public relations activities for the museum complex. Served as a member of senior management and the strategic planning team. Coordinated local, regional and national media opportunities. Managed events. Director of Membership - Launched the musem's first online giving program and the museum's first on-site membership program. Revamped all membership incentives and materials. Led all direct mail efforts. Wrote all fundraising appeal letters for the museum and managed the annual fund. Conducted a complete overhaul of Raiser's Edge software program, to ensure accurate data. Produced data reports for the president and board of directors.
