I planned and scheduled all of the offset presses, wide format printers, bindery, etc., for 24/7 shop, with 70 employees.

I managed all of the high profile clients projects as well as maintained the production schedule, the in-house clients, purchasing, and the international freight. I also assisted sales with estimating and new customer acquisition.

I managed all of the event purchases on behalf of our clients event needs. Including items from $10 to $100,000 each, with some events requiring dozens of seperate purchases and vendors. All purchases were budget and time sensitive to a particular event date.

I managed the day to day operations of two joined companies.One a hot tub/spa delivery company and the other a custom spa cover manufacturer. Duties included: HR, Payroll, AR, AP and all client or employee related issues.

I managed the processing of half a million pieces of US mail per year and the secure check printing and logistics department.

I managed the day to day operations of a medium size offset printing plant as well as a large order fulfillment house. Responsible for all aspects of the company.
