I'm a Senior Sales Agent and have been in Sales all my life. I'm just naturally great with people of all walks of life and I make sure that I have a passion for what it is I'm presenting to others as an option or solution. I'm not the type of person who would offer someone something that I, myself, do not believe in or see the rationale for having. I have no problem telling people that X wouldn't be a good kit for you because of Y.My genuine approach to selling has been my biggest strong suit and has propelled my career due to client loyalty and rapport. I pride myself on treating people in the way that I would expect to be treated, and no one appreciates being swayed or persuaded to do something that isn't in their best interests, right?When presenting a product or solution to a client I also pride myself on knowing the ins and out of that product. I engulf myself in product knowledge and can speak about any specific detail with confidence and make it a point to know top competitor products just as well. This is refreshing for my clients and let's them know that I am staying competitive with their business. This let's them know that I am not only trying to earn their business, but I intend on keeping it.I found such great success in the way that I communicate with others and offer with intent that I was asked to train the sales agents that are newly in role. I was responsible for teaching them about our products, explaining how one product may be better than others based on specific scenarios, how to adhere to government regulations when speaking about certain products, how to position a conversation to lead up to the sale, and how to make money while doing it the right way and creating a deeper client loyalty in the process. Through this experience, I discovered that I have a true passion for teaching and coaching others and would love to continue to grow this passion of mine.
