Coordinated 3 external partners and 3 different business units across the NAFTA region to combine 3 existing marketing websites on a new cloud platform to optimize content entry and sharing of widgets across regions. Led a team of up to 40, including 3 project managers, 3 technical leads, 8 full stack developers, 12 content writers and 4 automated QA testers all while partnering with an outside User Experience/Design agency to produce websites for Canada, Mexico and the US. Used automation to realize project savings; met budgetary goals, delivered project on time and on target. Provided weekly updates to CIO and monthly updates to executives.
