The Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing and growing our $50k to $2.99MM within the assigned geographic territory. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, optimizing the portfolio through the clients’ use of the line of credit, identifying and mitigating pre-default account risk and supporting post default collections on defaulted accounts.· Optimize each client’s use of the line of credit within an assigned portfolio whose lines of credit range from $50k to $2.99MM by acting as a floor plan subject matter expert to their portfolio of clients.· Achieve goals and performance targets as set by the company by regularly engaging with clients in person or virtually and by collaborating with internal partners to drive revenue and maximize profitability through prudent account management, controlled growth and risk mitigation. · Educate clients on desired performance behaviors, self-service options, and best practices and coach them to ensure compliance with company policies and expectations.· Collect and analyze client financial information and various internal reports and dashboards to assess add monitor dealer performance and address with the dealer as appropriate to drive growth and manage risk.· Support the Risk and Recovery department with pre-default risk mitigation and post default collection efforts on defaulted accounts. · Serve as a fiduciary for the company including identifying and reporting to the company any material client or internal non-compliance with company policies, attempted or actual fraud upon the company or any other circumstance that may require identification and reporting to protect the company.

The Sales Executive (SE) is a full time outside sales position. The position requires a structured approach to developing new business in a defined territory. The SE will be responsible for achieving target level volumes in new applications, activations and monthly new business revenue for NextGear Capital (Cox Automotive) as well as the company’s ancillary products and services. The SE will be responsible to maintain relationships with auction general managers to maximize NextGear’s business opportunity within assigned auto auctions. The SE will work closely with NextGear Capital’s Portfolio Managers in their assigned territory to exceed budgeted goals.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:· Must be knowledgeable and educated on all products and services that NextGear Capital offers· Must have a general knowledge of all Cox Automotive products and be able to make recommendations to clients based on their needs.· Develop an aggressive sales plan within a defined market.· Build prospect list through effective cold calling, lead follow up and referrals.· Conduct cold calls each week to solicit new relationships for NextGear Capital.· Increase overall loan volume and utilization through service calls to existing customers.· Visit assigned inactive dealers with the goal of re-engaging the client and increasing utilization· Hit target levels of performance in new applications, loan development and new business· Responsible for initial underwriting of potential customers· Responsible for contracting and orientation of new customers.· Manage customer experience and engagement through the first six months· Develop a strong relationship with NextGear Capital Portfolio Managers.· Conduct Monthly non-sale day visits with assigned auction General Managers.· Increase NextGear’s business opportunity at assigned auctions through development of relationship with auction staff and its customers.

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for maximizing NextGear's revnue in their Assigned Region through aggressive phone campaigns each month to both prospective and current NextGear dealers. These calls will include lead and application development, utilization development, inactive campaigns, National/Regional Campaign deployment and profiling dealers for Products & Services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:· Supporting NextGear Field Teams (AE & SE)· Prospecting and qualifying potential customers via the phone.· Manage lead distribution and follow up within a call queue/CRM.· Attain daily/weekly/monthly goals for Calls made, Leads Sent and Applications Sent & Received· Follow up on aged Leads per the Director of Business Development to revisit their interest level and provide re-qualified leads to the SE/AE teams· Contact Dealer Referrals and prequalify them for floorplan, provide leads to the SE/AE teams· Gain dealer commitments to floor units and provide this information to AE· Provide dealer feedback to the local AE via e-mail· Call on profiled dealers in their queue to gauge interest level in our current Products and Services including & future initiatives· Support National, Regional & Local campaigns via phone marketing to current NextGear dealers· Manage inactive and underutilizing dealers within an assigned Region.
