Through professional development workshops, advocacy work, and business development activity, Digital Alberta is building the digital media industry provincially and promoting it abroad.I was tasked with executing the Board's strategic vision, financial objectives, industry programs, and community involvement for the not-for-profit organization. Delivered programs for members; liaised with other industry associations to ensure positioning; represented Digital Alberta at international market access programs like SXSW and GDC; brought industry, government, and education stakeholders together; and introduced new media students to the thriving digital media industry. Co-created the Media Fresh Awards (now known as the Ember Awards). Spearheaded multiple initiatives to encourage collaboration amongst industry associations and government bodies.

The Calgary Council for Advanced Technology (CCAT) provides a forum to enhance technology awareness, business development and networking for the advanced technology community. Growing the association's membership through marketing initiatives. Lobbying on behalf of the membership to create trade mission opportunities, secure government funded grants and corporate sponsorship. Designed and implemented the annual program of monthly events that supported the membership, created networking opportunities, and helped grow business for the members.
