Plan, design, develop, analyze, communicate, and implement Total Rewards (TR) strategies and programs consistent with HP Software business and HR strategies across the all business units, functions, and/or geographic areas of HP Software. Define the TR strategy and provide TR support as it relates to merger, acquisition, divestiture, outsourcing, and other major strategic and organizational change situations. Consult with and train business leaders to develop, plan and implement TR solutions to address unique organizational needs and requirements. Manage consultants, vendors, employees, and third parties in a heavily matrixed organization to ensure program delivery. Analyze and interpret internal and external data to model changes to various reward elements such as base salary, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, merit increases and performance bonus.
