My role in the Company was that of an 'In-House Legal Counsel' to take care of the legal risks that the Company would encounter within the territorial jurisdiction assigned to me.The territorial limit handled during this period included the South Indian States of Kerala, Tamilnadu, Pondicherry & Karnataka.I handle the litigation & arbitration matters of the Company along with other operational issues like Contracts, Documentation for new ventures of the Company, Legal Consultancy Services to various User Departments under different SBUs of the Company etc.

Reassigned to the Zonal Administrative Office at Chennai to handle the legal issues/litigation/arbitration at the South Zone of the Corporation comprising of the States of Kerala, Tamilnadu, Karnataka & Pondicherry.

Promoted to the position Senior Law Officer to handle the issues/litigation/arbitration in the States of Kerala, Karnataka & Pondicherry.

Reassigned to handle the legal affairs/litigation/arbitration for the State of Kerala & Karnataka.
