Main task is to act as the sole point of contact between the Hyderabad H.O and Bangalore unit with regards to all the HR and Administration activities which includes :· Visa coordination. Heading the employee engagement activities. Managing petty cash. Assist the Director of Bangalore unit with regards to important documents. Point of contact for all the HR related queries in Bangalore unit. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews· Handling the employee joining formalities. Handling the exit formalities· Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)· Account opening for new joiners.· General office administration. Assisting the travel desk· Coordinating logistics· Verifying suppliers bills and forwarding the authorized bills to accounts dept for payment.. Vendor contract,renewal of contracts,bills verification,bills certification,followup of bills.· Keeping books for all petty cash expenses and approvals and submission of bills to accounts· Maintain proper record of company assets issued to marketing personnel and ensure accountability.· To deal with vendors/service providers like suppliers, courier, manpower consultants etc.

I had an opportunity to work as an as intern in Black Turtle, an executive search firm which is into senior level hiring. My responsibilities include understanding the various aspects of recruiting procedures especially sourcing , screening , contacting as well as follow up on prospective candidates, interview coordination and closing deals by helping the candidates to complete their on boarding processes by working as a contact person between the candidate and client. I also had an opportunity to have a study about the employee engagement activities followed by the company.
