Analyze the behavior of the results of the Maintenance Department based on the Interruption of the Production for Mechanical Failures (IPFM) and from those results readjust the preventive maintenance plans in the Maximum 7 software and make weekly Graphs and Reports (KPI reports) indicating the equipment that generated the longest failure time.Assistance to any type of mechanical or electrical failures in production equipment associated with industrial baking and thus avoid downtimes that affect production.Assistance to failures or anomalies that may occur associated with the automation equipment of the plant such as PLC's or HMI associated with industrial baking.- Development of ladder and PanelView language programming to control the dosage of the product with respect to the current consumed by the motor and thus optimize the Ground Bread line and increase the amount of raw material that can be delivered.- Development of ladder programming in SLC 500 and in PanelView of a Bread Smoothing System in the Bimbo Mixed line of Venezuela.- Automation of the mold greasing system with SLC 500 of the Bimbo Mixed line of Venezuela.- Development of a training project in the area of control, automation and programming of RSLogix 500, RSLogix 5000 and PanelBuilder software for maintenance department technicians.
