Treating everyone who walks through the door of my business, like I expect to be treated. As a Manager, I treat every employee with respect and believe that I am firm, but fair.My interest is to make a career change utilizing my skills in retail management, sales and business ownership.My volunteer service has given me the skills to work independently. Begin interviews with the "Child In Need of Services" (CHIN) and ALL parties involved in the child's life. During the entire case, documenting ALL contacts, interviews and observations, to present to the Judge, presiding over the CHIN case.Working with the Child, family/guardian, FCM, and others to create and make recommendations, that will eventually (hopefully) reunite the child with the family/guardian. I keep in constant contact with the GAL Attorney, I am assigned. Appearing at all court Hearings. Preparing a Final GAL Case Report, ( the "Eyes & Ears" ) for review by the Judge, to assist in making the final decision on the outcome of the CHIN Case.
