Prudential, Coldwell Bankers, C/21 and Re/Max International.Brokerage Affiliation extend itself to additional structure, learning programs and state- of- the- art tools which a local broker may not yet have the expertise or the capital to sponsor.In 2004 Coldwell Banker sponsored an 8 weeks training program by Flloyd Wickman to the NY Tri-State Offices wow, the training was in-depth to the core.Education is not cheap it was costly, but the material and the knowledge given spear headed us into the technological age of Real Estate, which made the course worth while and priceless for all attendees.As a Sales Consultant, I primarily engaged in listing and selling 1-4 Family homes in the Brooklyn area. 2006 - 2007 the market became more flexible and I began venturing out into the Queens area.Selling Foreclosure homes was a mini treat, I saw it as a win, win situation all around. Buyers were able to get properties at a lower price, the bank was able to get a quick sale.
