My role involves developing new product sustainability standards, updating existing standards, and developing associated guidance and resources for merchandisers and staff. I also maintain relationships with some of our key partners, and co-lead on policy advocacy work related to organic and regenerative agriculture. My internship purpose was to help integrate public health concepts into Climate Solutions' scope of work by writing blog articles focusing on the intersection of climate change and public health. I created a CSR evaluation rubric for supply chain decisions and provided logistical support for the Green Team and commute program.
