I am a Network Engineer at Highlands Community Charter and Technical Schools, where I have been working since August 2020. I have an Associate of Applied Science degree in computer specialist and network technician from Asher College, which I completed in 2019. My core competencies include network configuration, design, administration, and support, as well as computer repair and troubleshooting.In my current role, I manage the systems and servers related to the district LAN and WAN, ensuring the availability and security of services to authorized users. I also deploy, configure, and support VoIP phone and wireless systems, and design computer networks to optimize the performance and efficiency of the operating systems. Additionally, I install and maintain network software on various platforms, and manage assigned projects and program components. I enjoy collaborating with my team and other stakeholders, contributing to the delivery of high-quality IT solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the district. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to share my knowledge and experience with others. I am passionate about providing excellent customer service, and enhancing the educational and professional opportunities for the students and staff of Highlands.
