I love bringing ideas to people who have problems to solve and goals that I can help them achieve. My career spans over 15 years of managing research projects, leading teams, building mobile apps, analyzing data, and consulting with private and public institutions in areas of education, healthcare, career development, and outcomes. As a logical thinker and problem solver, I consult with and lead teams (big and small!) in analyzing data to find creative solutions to meaningful, and often difficult, questions. One of my favorite tasks is formulating the appropriate data to collect and analyze in order to answer the right questions and bring answers to the market. That takes an ability to anticipate which sophisticated method or individual is most appropriate for the job, along with analyzing how results will be interpreted and what will be most relevant for stakeholders. Presenting to stakeholders is one of my stealthy skills and I pay close attention to issues of diversity and culture, to support equity for all.As a curious individual, I wonder how we will improve the use of technology without losing the human connection, and have hopes of improving quality service. I am particularly inspired engaging in strategic planning. As a licensed psychologist, I work towards understanding human behavior, learning, and organizational and personal growth. It is important to me to be efficient, effective, and ethical. My consulting experience encompasses a diverse array of healthcare and adult education technology. I believe no one individual holds the answer to complex societal problems and representatives from multiple constituencies, working together, can develop more comprehensive, sustainable, and fulfilling solutions. Using sophisticated methodological knowledge, logic, and strong relationships across teams, we can answer the most meaningful of questions!
