Key Accomplishments:• Launched a global user authentication solution via a budget of $2M and 2 product teams of 20 people • Ideated and implemented a global product rollout strategy to provide a faster and more user-friendly sign-up/sign-in experience across 300+ sites• Accelerated product rollout rate from 1 site per year to 4 sites per quarter by improving team processes and product quality though defining an out-of-the-box feature set, creating requirement checklists, establishing RACIs, and optimizing backend and QA testing processes
