• Handling all contractual matters for Manpower Service Contract, namely – “HSE Services Manpower with Logistics Support and Related Instruments”.• Complete Processing of Monthly Contractor Invoices • eBEAMS (eBusiness and Enterprise Asset Management System) - Invoice Processing, Related co-ordination & all other Contract-related Processing.• Contractor Quarterly Performance Evaluation• Contract Audit Report Preparation & Submission ; ensuring full compliance to Contract documents.• Monthly Performance Report including KPI Status, BSC KPM Status, Budget.• Review, Compilation & Submission of Contractor HSE Monthly Report. • Preparation & Submission of Monthly Service Contract Report.• Compilation of Team Monthly Performance Reports for submission to Group Manager.• Any other Contractual matters / related co-ordination with Contractor within the team & other KOC Teams.

• Preparation of Technical Proposals / Submittals namely Manpower & Equipment Histogram / Schedule, Preliminary Schedule / Programme of Work, Organization Chart, Execution Procedure, Material Schedule / Material Delivery Report, S-Curve for each main phase of work for Key Clients such as KOC, KNPC, MEW, MPW, PIC, KPC & other Clean Fuels Project (CFP) Joint Venture (JV) Giants or CFP Consortiums like Fluor-Daewoo-Hyundai (FDH) or Petrofac-Samsung-CB&I.• Costing / Estimation for Supply of Manpower / Equipment for Key Clients like KOC, KNPC, MEW, MPW, PIC, KPC & other Clean Fuels Project (CFP) Joint Venture (JV) Giants or CFP Consortiums like Fluor-Daewoo-Hyundai (FDH) or Petrofac-Samsung-CB&I.• Assisting Costing Engineers for Electrical, Instrumentation & Mechanical Estimation & Costing.• Complete preparation of “Request for Quotation” (RFQ) for supply of Material, Vehicle, Equipment for Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Civil fields for Clients such as KOC, KNPC, MEW, MPW, PIC, KPC & other Clean Fuels Project (CFP) Joint Venture (JV) Giants until it is submitted to the supplier through the Procurement / Purchase Department or until the RFQ reaches the Supplier directly & the quotation is floated by the Supplier.• Preparation of complete Pre-Qualification documents until submission to the Client.• Tender Submission / Co-ordination activities from Purchase / Receipt of Tender Documents till Award of Contract.• Preparation of Status of Enquiry Vs Quotation for all RFQ’s.• Preparation & Updation of Weekly List of Active Tenders & distribution of the same to Higher Level Management.• Preparation & Updation of Bid Bond Status of Active Tenders & submission to AGM-Costing.
