As a Cardiovascular Technologist at Atreya Hospital, I assist cardiologists in performing special and complex cardiovascular procedures, such as Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), Intravascular Ultrasound (IVUS), Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR), and Rotablation. I also operate cardiac imaging and monitoring equipment, prepare supplies, and educate patients about the process and outcomes.I have a Bachelor of cardiovascular technology degree from Singhania University and a Diploma of Education (DCVT) from the Director of Medical Education. I am certified and registered by the Paramedical Council of India and the Society of Invasive Cardiovascular Professionals. I am also trained in Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Heart Association. I have over five years of experience in the field, including working in a Hybrid Cathlab, handling cases involving multivessel and valvular plasty, Permanent Pacemaker Implantation (PPI), Temporary Pacemaker Implantation (TPI), and neurology and radiology interventions. I am passionate about providing quality care and service to patients with cardiovascular conditions, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies to enhance my performance and contribute to the team and the organization. I am also committed to maintaining ethical and professional standards, and to complying with safety and infection control protocols.
