As an individual contributor and team player role, my responsibility is to lead and contribute to remote digital transformation projects with onshore Banking and Finance clients. My objective is to facilitate process improvement by utilizing various levers such as Agile Workflow, Scrum, Content Extraction, Conversational AI, and Analytics. My role in the project lifecycle involves Current State Mapping, Data/Trend Analysis, Opportunity Identification, and Product Management - includingBusiness and Project Management of the Execution. Leveraging my domain expertise, I utilize a range of tools including Product Lifecycle Management, Dynamic Analytics, Automation & Digital Process Enhancement, and Next Gen Solutions to drive digital transformation. By reimagining customer journeys and enabling agile and intelligent operations, I help our clients improve their revenue growth and profitability.

The objective of the project was to identify and implement a route to market strategy by targeting the Retailers through promotion of 'DISTIMAN' application which helped retailers connect with the different FMCG brands. It enabled the retailers to balance Stock and Credit and increase profits with the help of its 'Just In Time' Model.
