• Drive top line sales through Up Selling, Cross Selling, Repeat selling,competition benchmarking, recommendation on changes on range planning based on customer feedbacks, providing great customer service etc.• Meet standards in terms of time, documentation and Quality in all the aspects of store operations.Identify the gaps in process compliance through observations and Blue book remarks and take necessary steps to minimise the same.• Ensure the In stock standards meet the company norms to reinforce Titan Brand in Consumer minds, by having high ordering accuracy, regular stock takes, and following the replenishment processes.• Responsible for store promotion activities through effective execution of store promotion plans, ensuring daily price updates (mark ups and mark downs) of merchandises in the store as per the system updates, giving feedback and new ideas.• Ensure the customer service standards are delivered all the time through driving the customer service culture amongst the team, providing coaching sessions on how to deal with different customer situations, & leading by example, interacting with customers at the first opportunity and taking timely actions according to the feedback.• Motivate, train and develop teams. Provide timely coaching sessions to the associates developing their behavioral and operational skills, and inculcate co. values and culture. Effectively use Performance and coaching log sheets to measure and improve the performance areas of associates.• Ensure all the reports and MIS is generated and updated well in time and with high accuracy.
