In 4 months, rebranded, retrained, redesigned and grew business from $400K to over $1.5 Million. reduced turnover to zero, and brought COGS down to 37% (from over 50%) and labor down to 24%. New reputation is 5-star.

Concurrent with Foodservice Consulting & Design LLC, I also served as Senior Consultant with National Restaurant Consultants, Inc. I helped design and present seminars about "How to Get into the Restaurant Business", and was instrumental in creating the restaurant "Operations Analysis" I later performed for scores of independent operators.Also provided professional guidance and services for Feasibility Studies, Business Planning, Financial performance forecasting, Site selection and acquisition, restaurant design, equipment specifications, construction oversight, systems design and implementation, operational controls, training, and restaurant management.

I served as Transitional CEO during the firms Chapter 11 reorganization. This was concurrent with my position at National Restaurant Consultants, Inc.
