My role was to manage multiple web / mobile applications by providing the best technology solutions for each requirement. This involved pre-sales technical discussion, risk analysis, providing break down of time and cost estimations, project planning and scheduling, project management, QA, Delivery, and post-delivery support. Along with project management, my role also includes taking measures that fine-tune the entire process of software development to improve productivity along with implementing best practices.Managed the team for launching a web application to automate the process of US staffing department. This department was using multiple tools to manage their daily work, track the work progress and evaluate performance. Combined features of all these tools into a centralized app with advanced features to increase productivity. The new app has also been delivering high performance despite importing all the previous data from existing tools as the main focus of the app is to deliver high performance regardless of the data stored in the database. My role included planning the project, designing the database for the critical module, project management, performance optimization, technology recommendation.Worked closely with the pre-sales team and involved in communicating with prospects for understanding the requirement, recommending the best approach and estimating time and cost for the projects.Led teams to complete multiple web and mobile application projects from our clients mostly based in the US & Canada. This involved responsive websites, cross-platform mobile applications, Native iOS & Android applications. Focused teams on business objectives and tracked progress to ensure project milestones were completed on time with the desired results.
