Managing End to end hiring process, from requisition management, sourcing and hiring events to offer development for engineering and support roles,acquired experience in mass hiring management.Liaison between hiring managers, sourcing teams and internal and external candidates for open positions, collaborating with payroll, compensation and benefits, business HR and other departments as part of the overall hiring process. Consulting and influencing on compensation, pay exceptions and on offer decisions. Responsible for control and compliance requirements based on local laws and company policies, assist hiring managers with navigation through staffing tools and processes.Participation in Israel and EMEA process improvement projects and process ownership.
