Design and Development of Automated Test Equipment; both hardware & software used in the manufacturing of RF modules. Using Labview to interface to bench top equipment such as Spectrum Analysers, Signal Generators, Power Supplies, Multi meters etc. Also generation of test specifications, datalogging results, tester documentation, schematics etc.

• Multi-layer RF PCB Final Test & also Probe, schematic entry and layout using Cadence Allegro.
• Developed complete test solution on the Teradyne UltraFlex RF/ IG-XL tester environment.
• Developed complete test solution on the CTS Tester (In house tester) using Solaris/ C environment.
• Working with Design/ Eval/ Apps to debug silicon.
• Full Characterisation of DUT over supplies/ temperatures/ conditions.

Maintenance, Calibration & Process Improvement of wafer fab (Diffusion) furnaces - Kokusai, Aviza (AVP & VTR), wet benches, robotic equipment, vacuum pumps, leak detectors & wafer handling robots.

• Co Founded/ Directed and wrote the partfinder.ie website (both front & back-end), along with business development, marketing and sales. I even presented my product on Dragons Den!
• Developed skills in MySQL, Perl, HTML, Java along with Google Analytics & SEO tools.
