Developed and released to production complete Software and Hardware solutions for high volume production testing of high frequency (13GHz) RF-IC PLL and Mixers for use in Mobile Base Stations/ Radar systems. (ADF415x, ADRF665x)• Multi-layer RF PCB Final Test & also Probe, schematic entry and layout using Cadence Allegro.• Developed complete test solution on the Teradyne UltraFlex RF/ IG-XL tester environment.• Developed complete test solution on the CTS Tester (In house tester) using Solaris/ C environment.• Working with Design/ Eval/ Apps to debug silicon.• Full Characterisation of DUT over supplies/ temperatures/ conditions.• ESD/ Burnin/ preparation pre/ post processing.• Generation of reports.• Final release of full test solution (Hardware and Software) to production in Philippines.

Maintenance, Calibration & Process Improvement of wafer fab (Diffusion) furnaces - Kokusai, Aviza (AVP & VTR), wet benches, robotic equipment, vacuum pumps, leak detectors & wafer handling robots.
