 Preparation and submission of base line Construction program by using computerised CPM/PERT network tools like Microsoft Project (MSP 2010) Responsible for the preparation of master programming schedule & baseline programs using MSP , developing progress reports and indicating planned & actual progress of an activity on site and same to be discussed with Project Manager, highlighting the critical issues to the Higher Management and ensuring that the Project is on track with their suitable action and recommendation. Organizing weekly / monthly progress meetings with internal / external teams to decide and achieve targets for various technical & commercial matters. Formulating reconciliation statements for bulk materials such as steel, cement, aggregates, etc. on monthly basis. Studying and fulfilling the requirement of Material (Steel, Cement, and Sand & Aggregate) as per schedule & raising purchase requisitions in coordination with procurement department. Regular interaction with client and discussing various facts, hindrances and other requirements for improvements. Handling on site activities and arranging the resources for on time completion. Periodic monitoring and updating of operations and preparation of catch up plans accordingly and communicating the same to the civil heads. Studying of FTS (final tender summary), overseeing contractual obligations, Preparation and updating of cash flow statements etc. Helping the Immediate Boss in Preparation of Cost Monitoring reports and Analysis of Cost to Complete of Project (CTC). Estimation of Additional Quantity’s involved in the project and Rate analysis for same has been done  Responsible for sending all kind of progress reports like Daily Progress Reports, Weekly Progress Reports, Fortnightly Progress Reports, Monthly Progress Reports, Cons monitoring reports to both Internal and Client
