I collaborate with subject matter experts to create rough outlines of their training programs. I take their notes and create short trainings in Adobe Captivate that typically take less than 7 minutes to finish. These allow end users to engage more with the training than just reading and result in higher quiz scores than just reading a slideshow (95% pass rate vs 80%).Recently I have begun leaning heavily on animated videos made with Vyond and creating trainings with less words and more images. I have also begun to bring in more interactive elements (choose your own adventure, point and click, etc) and these have received widely positive reviews. I intend to push visual trainings further at this point.

Assisted students with disabilities in completing work and navigating social situations. Duties included modifying work to match student abilities, teaching social skills, carrying out detailed learning plans, and communicating with faculty and family in regards to student progress.

My responsibilities include locating merchandise for customers, answering phone lines, selling store memberships and maintaining a new member conversion rate of over 2%, and assisting in a cafe environment by baking goods and making drinks.

Internship heavily focused on receiving and tracking inventory, assisting and finding solutions for guests, and creating, displaying, and selling various confectionery items.
