my role on this job is handling the Bangladesh -offshore account whereby all the transaction we needed to be done manually rather then system administration work will be processing the Manual PO with certain approval authorization terms,request manual credit check and availability credit to complete the deal smooth ,Track manually the shipments of goods on HW product and Software products separately ,Raising Miscellaneous Billing manually in Advise to Bill (ATB Tools),done several report and reporting to up level management on the status of shippment and goods to be delivered until revenue flow to accounting.In other Hand we work closing with India team to have good relationship and better services to customer.

Worked and experienced for 6 years under customer fulfillment job role ,As a regular employee and permanent job i was handling and deal with business partner directly supporting country Indonesia.Collaborate with Business partner to negotiate with client to get the target deal to be done and achieved under Hardware support on (Storage,Power ,t-system ,Maintenance and services)under the BPSO role will do the processing of End to End process which is processing Purchased order ,prepare contract in APCIS system ,prepared and issued billing ,monitoring the delivery of goods to customer,installed the machine warranty,Manual order tracking reports updates etc

After finish my Degree and as Fresh Graduate i was enter to IBM (Sdn Bhd) as my 1st Job.My Job role is here worked as "contractor" under Manpower agency for past 1 year under contract basis start for 1 year as ASEAN Internal support which we deal contract and small deal within IBM deals ,where we will process the small amount PO,billing and shipping for ASEAN countries and helping to provide accurate valid supporting document for audit purpose.

my working experience as customer services cums management trainer whereby my job role is attending outbound and inbound calls where we need to be deal with higher school professor from UK and London by giving us data of mark scheme of their higher education to be key into database.Monitoring the call on schedule waiting and make sure all call are attend within a minute as per given to avoid any customer dissatisfaction on the service given.supply chain support for ASEAN country.Monitoring the new comers of team member ,educate and give training how to be communicate with customer as public speaking,conducting meeting and arranged some training for team members .Willing to do monthly report for management.
