Host the "Afternoon Show" with Diane Summers Monday thru Friday from 3 - 6pm. Together we explore the real stories about real people who make a difference as followers of Christ. This is a temporary position.

Responsible for leading the division's planning, budgeting, production, distribution, media, and promotional efforts. This included responsibility for all outreach programming conducted in the United States for this international organization including: Television and Radio programming, PSA campaigns, and congregational outreach tools. I also worked closely with the ministry advancement division as we sought to fund the ministry by matching potential donors with funding opportunities in ministry. All projects required reporting of results to the board and donors

Responsible for leading all of the ministry efforts of this 1,100 member congregation with private School (PS to 8) Central to this position was the revitalization of a stagnant congregation around a new mission statement and renewed passion for ministry. This resulted in a 3.5 million dollar building expansion project and a 1.4 million dollar capital stewardship campaign, which allowed for a significant increase in ministry to the community and involvement by the members. Annual giving increased from $425,000 to $850,000 in 7 years.

Over 4 years I progressed from disc jockey to Program Director. As Program Director (8 years) I directed all of the programming on the news/talk formatted AM radio station as well as the country music formatted FM station. I managed all of the on-air staff, promotional efforts and programming strategies for these quickly growing radio stations. While at WBKV/WBWI I also hosted a successful 3-hour, daily talk show for over 9 years.
