🎓I'm a freshman at Cardiff Metropolitan University, where I'm now pursuing a master's in international business management. After few academic experiences, this clarity has made it simple for me to choose business administration for my bachelor's programme and commerce for my intermediate courses. ✈️After a 23-year period of my life spent in India. I moved to the UK a few months ago after spending most of my life working for Tech Mahindra over14 months, Deloitte approximately 4 months, and Fashion Styling about 7 years. What a rollercoaster it has been!⁉️I love to change management, turnarounds & strategically fixing problems. Whether it's finding a perfect song for a film or finding a rare product for a rocket, I've been able to quickly uncover a customer's issues and identify a strategic solution.💼Before this, I worked at Deloitte as a Technical Analyst supporting the worldwide, interacting with users as well as offering them with second level support on multiple Software product departments to make sure all defects were resolved, and enhancements were made on time.*O365 Applications- Use of software and resolving technical issues*Assistance in Cloud Technology (Microsoft Azure Portals, AWS, BIOS, Active Directory)*Assistance/Access Software: SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, Service Now, Skype, Admin Logins 💼I worked as a Customer Service representative for Telstra and Belong at Tech Mahindra. Assisting overseas clients with the technological challenges.*Aiding clients with any potential technical concerns, assessing the reception and intensity*Helping with new or modernised plans, Outlining the details of the billing process.💄During 2016-2023, I've subsequently taken all I've learnt and created my own fashion styling free-lancing business. I've worked as a Hairdresser, Makeup-artist, Assistant photographer, and Event co-ordinator. Life has taught me to seek out opportunities, whether they are risky. As a freelancer for almost 7 years, this lesson has made me better in the long run. 🇬🇧Living in UK has largely shaped my unique perspectives and aspirations. I understand how it feels to be financially or without opportunity and go above and beyond when an opportunity arises.
