As the Managing Director of Calian UK Ltd, leads the Calian Group business activities in UK whilst linking to the European and NATO work undertaken by Calian Europe. Previously established and ran GGR Training Limited for 6+ years, delivering training across NATO primarily at the operational level. Additionally delivered strategic level training across many of NATO Headquarters, as well as coordinating and facilitating strategic and operational level training both on short and long term contracts. Following a 30+ year career in the Royal Marines, gained invaluable commercial experience with BAE Systems Australia delivering 2 x LHD ships into service, utilizing his deep specialist amphibious skill sets gained over the last decade of military service which had been dedicated to this niche capability both at sea and ashore - operationally, training, and on staff.Appointed to the Board of Directors for ShelterBox, Australia the international disaster relief charity, in January 2014, remaining an Ambassador on return to UK.
