Primary responsibility is overseeing the entire system of approximately 30 ambulances and three Field Supervisors, addressing any issues that arise.Quality Assurance of all transport tickets to ensure proper documentation, all protocols are followed and all tickets are billable.Investigation of Customer Concerns and procedural violations to determine if disciplinary action is warranted and issuing disciplinary action up to and including written warnings.Acts as a resource for the scheduling department when they have issues or questions and the Director is not available.Acts as a resource for Risk Management responds to all employee accidents, injuries and exposure to ensure proper documentation and care are completed.
