So much of labour workers in our country, however was my first time knowing the process of having them to us. Handling authorities process & permits, arrange their work schedules and dealing with issues that could happened from client sides, etc. Overlooking at numbers of clients and projects at one time was something new to me as previously I focus to lead one and supervise one in quite a long period of time.

From a normal technician to team leader and later the Project Supervisor, was a fruitful growth for me. Handle the project from start till the end could be a few months, and sometime offshores.
